Please join us at the Loews Hotel Bar at 8:45 pm on Friday, March 28th, 2025.

The Ballroom will welcome guests starting at 6, with our ceremony beginning promptly at 6:30. Dinner, Dancing, and Drinks to follow as we celebrate together!

The fun will continue after the wedding at Top Tomato Bar located a block away from the venue. All are welcome to come to close the bar down!

We look forward to everyone joining the celebration in their best party attire - black tie is encouraged! Men, please wear a tuxedo or a dark suit, and women, opt for formal dresses to make it a truly festive night.

Complimentary Parking is provided from 5 pm to 1 am for all those driving to the Venue. The secure lot is right across from the Venue

Due to the location of the Loews hotel and surrounding hotels there will be no scheduled transportation provided. It is a quick 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the venue (weather permitting). There are also multiple ubers and lyfts that can get you to the venue in less than 5 minutes. For those who wish to drive to the venue, there is a secure parking lot available across the street for all of our guests to use.

We have room blocks at three wonderful hotels in the Center City Area. They include the Loews Hotel, Marriott Downtown, and the Hyatt Centric. Please see the travel tab for more information on how to book.

We wish we could include all of your little ones, but have decided to limit kids to those in our wedding party only.

We will be having brunch on Sunday, March 30th from 9 am to 11 am at the Loews Hotel on the 33rd floor. Please take the elevators to the 33rd floor and enter the Lescaze room. All guests are welcome to join regardless of which hotel you are staying at in the city.
